Order confirmation
Trade orders are confirmed by our team within one business day of placement.
Same-day dispatch
Confirmed orders placed before 3pm GMT are dispatched the same business day.
In transit
Arrival windows are business-day estimates and start from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Weekends and public holidays in the origin or destination country are not counted as business days. Large-volume or pre-order lines may require an extended lead time, quoted per order.
Excluded regions
We do not currently ship to destinations under active comprehensive trade sanctions, or to territories our carriers do not service. This includes, at time of writing, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, and the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
Additional destination-specific restrictions may apply for battery-containing goods (phones) under IATA and carrier rules. Where a route is not available, checkout will indicate it and no order will be accepted.
Duties, taxes, and fees
Prices shown are ex-VAT and ex-duty. Import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees for cross-border shipments are the responsibility of the receiving business unless a specific Incoterm is agreed in writing before dispatch.
